Bosch Injectors

Bosch injectors are very good. It's up to you wether you wanna spend the money on FIC's or go with the Bosch one's. I have a couple friends down here using them and no problems thus far.

Bosch is an OEM injector on ALOT of vehicles. There's a good reason for it......they last and are a proven injector.

The FIC injectors are Bosch/Ford Motorsports. They are 5 ohm injectors so it's a pain in the ass to get any consistent fuel delivery with them. Especially if you're using AEM, the injector drivers AEM uses are garbage.

The injectors themselves work awesome, it's just our ecu's and some aftermarket ecu's don't have quality injector drivers to control these huge injectors. AEM does sells an injector driver box for $300, that will control the 1600's with their EMS.

What are you using for engine management?

The Bosch injectors and FIC injectors are the same injectors.

Graveyard bump!!!

I'm trying to upgrade my 550's to something bigger. I have a line on some 1600cc low z bosch injectors.

running aem ems.

Are these an ok option or will they be hard to tune without aem's driver box?
