I wanted to ask around and see if anyone has used a Bosch waterpump before and what their luck was with it. The Bosch waterpump comes with a cast iron impeller as the Mitsu one comes with an aluminum one. One would guess that the cast iron one would indefinetely weigh more, and therefore more rotating mass and less bearing efficiency, both being bad. Now I'm getting ready to put a water pump on my new 4g63 motor. I bought the Bosch one but now I'm worried of premature failure when reving the car to 8000+ rpms. Maybe its not such a good idea to throw this one in there. Give me some input guys.
