I bought a 60mm bored out 2g throttle body. It is bored to the point that
(when pulled out) on the manifold side right below the two nipple connections, the bore is touching the two through holes enough that air would leak from the manifold side into them. Does anyone know where they go or if this is okay?

Why didn't you just get a 1g TB? Those are already 60mm and can be found for pretty cheap.
Thats not the issue here.

Could you provide a picture? Air should be coming through those ports, thats what they are for. The boring of the throttlebody may have messed up the internal structure of the ports some, so the vacuum ports may not be seeing boost.

The 1 G's usually cost around $100 for a used one you and you don't even know for sure if it's in working condition. It's just easier for install too and this one has a half shaft which ends up flowing like a 53mm, and it has all new gaskets.

i don't have a camera right now but here is a ghetto picture looking at the throttle body from the intake manifold side.
When I blow in the E and plug the blue hole it sounds like it's coming out the blue openings in the bottom.
The pink A nipple blows out the pink hole.
I tried blowing in the orange but can't tell if it's going anywhere.
I know it sounds kind of g@y but can anyone
help?
sorry for small picture but thats all i could upload

I also recently picked up a bored 2g throttle body. On the manifold side I have 2 small holes there and on the other side there are two other holes. Anybody know if it's a problem?

pretty throttle plate :)

anyway, I'm not sure if it's going to present a problem, but If i were you, i'd have somebody weld those holes shut and then take a diegrinder [carbide then stone bits] to it and smooth it all down..

it'd take someone at an exhaust shop all of 2 min. to weld those holes

My picture would be exaclty the same with the half shaft, polished plate, and exact same bore, i'm sure we bought from the same guy. one thing though mine doesn't have those 2 holes near the plate on the manifold side, the elbow side is okay because those are stock holes that are supposed to connect to the TB there. But there may be a problem with it?.

I just installed it today and couldn't get the TPS and BISS screw right or something, it idles at 1300 and revs up and down a little. There was a very small gap between the plate and wall. I think that may be causing the high rev but i read (RRE) that to properly set the BISS and TPS you have to have an $1800 tester and ground something.

Here's a picture of a stock 2g throttle body so the holes were there before and shouldn't cause any problems. I think I'll swap over my tps & isc from my existing throttle body in case the ones it came with don't work. Did you?

Are you guy's noticing alot of performance out of this? My dad's friend has a machine shop so I get alot of this kinda work done for free and been looking for a nice "free" mod LOL

If you can get it done for free then do it. Some people say they feel a nice mid-top end performance increase while others can't tell a difference.

Mine didn't come with the TPS or ISC so I had to swap it. I'm taking it to the dealer to have the BISS screw and TPS set correctly, I'm not sure if you can set the BISS screw yourself because you have to ground something and reset the ECU while using some tester, just a heads up.

I didn't notice any performance gains at the 15psi i'm running on the stock turbo, it seems to run smoother at higher rpms.
And with a shop you will have to make or buy a larger TB plate, gaskets 3$, and pay to have the idle set right $50 .maybe. you wont have to have it set.
If you're not planning on doing a turbo upgrade, I would not recommend doing this mod
