Boosting

Thats not normal but makes sense because you can spend more time in the higher gears than the lower ones. Which results in a longer control to see what it is actually doing.

Does this sound right

I hooked up my boost controller this weekend Tell me if this sounds like i hooked it up right...

I cut the hose that ran from the BOV to the intake manifold and put a T-fitting in there and hooked a hose up to that T-fitting and ran it to my MBC.. after that i unplugged the wastegate hose that ran to the sensor below the intake pipe... and i took that Big T fitting below the wastegate out and that little hose that runs to the compressor housing i blugged that with a screw.. and the remaiing hose that came from the sensor i plugged that from the wastegate to the other end of the MBC.. Does this sound right to you?

You dont need the BCS lines, you just need to feed the bottom of your mbc to the line that feeds to the wastegate, the line that feeds to the top should go between the bov and intake mani like you said.

do you have your boost controller tight? like the nut the you losen to adjust the boost? mine was a little loose one time and i would spike like that

jesus, am I going to have to come over and hook it up for you to damn hooligans!?!?

I followed Matt lastnight while we were riding around and everything seemed right. Althought i don't know if it was how it was mounted but it was Righty loosey, lefty tight??? I dont' know if that had anythign to do with it or not?

Only if it's a bleeder type valve, the picture and the hook up route looks to be a ball and spring so it's righty tighty.

could you clarify this for me please....
Remove the line from the BOV line Tee, cap off the Tee well (I would replace the line altogether), connect the hose to the T25 compressor cover fitting that you guys must have capped off.
