boosting problem

ok i just put my setup back together today and boost doesn't spool up like it should,

i just my PTE 57 trim back on after a rebuild from PTE-
also i put a new wastegate and Victory Performance O2 housing on it-

now i tried unpluging the boost controler from the wastegate, but nothing changes it doesn't boost like it should or used to. if i rev it out to like 5 thousand it will creep up to like 5-10 psi.


please help me with this

Definately do a boost leak test. ^^

it could still be a boost leak??? even tho the car drives fine it doesnt bog out or anything....
