Well I have my stock BCS with stock configuration vacuum lines including the stock boost pill that comes on 2Gs between the compressor and the vacuum tee. I have also removed the restrictor in the BCS.
I have my duty cycle table set up at 12.5 across the board. That gives me 15 psi boost...which is good. Exceeding 12.5 caused my turbo to hit 15 psi and creep to over 18 psi which I do not want now. Once I did that I used the boost helper function to setup my boost target table. I did all this while having the disable error correction box checked.
Ended up with a pretty good looking boost target table that did not exceed 16 psi which is what I want for now.
So, once all is set up I unchecked the error correction tab and let the software go to work.
Issues:
1) once error correction unchecked the software not only changed my duty cycle table but it also wants to change my boost target table. It wants to push up both duty cycle and boost target tables, to boost targets way above what I want to have....18 to 20 psi. How do I use error correction and keep boost under 15psi?
2) When I started using my stock BCS in ecm link my BCS toggle in the MISC tab became inactive and I cannot toggle it like the EVAP, EGR, and FPS. Is this normal?
Thanks...for any help...
