Boost question

95 talon tsi fwd far as I know motor is stock. It has 255 fuel pump adjustable fuel pressure regulator a header an 3in exhaust, big front Mount intercooler an a 16g turbo. Question is what is the most it could boost. Idk of the boost gauge is hooked up right cause every since we ran the nipple on the j pipe to hook the blow off valve up right with the electronic boost controller I'm hitting 20 to 25 pounds boost when I get down on it an there no fuel cut out or anything. When I got the car the guy didn't have blow off valve working at all an all the pressure was coming back through the air filter pipe.

Well we need to know what size injectors it has. any idea?

I was told stock idk. I don't even know what stock injectors look like. These are black

Black are stock 450s, if weather was cold you'd prob be hittin fuel cut every car is a lil different. You are definitely maxing those injectors to 100% duty cycle. I'd check to make sure its not a 14b too.
You should take a vacuum line from boost source straight to wastegate and cruise at 12lbs (if its a 16g) until you figure what you have

It's a 16g. An I not sure what fuel cut it. An usally only time it hits high boost when I get down on her but didn't really notice it hitting the over 15 psi the gauge is where the center vents are an one day I just notice it. I have a greddy eclectic boost controller but can't seem to get it set to 15 it still boost past 15. The wide ban is staying running rich when it hit high boost doesn't lean out. Trying to save bk to get a manual boost controller

You're on a short road to a broken motor if you don't hook up the proper sensors and log your runs. Anyone telling you how much boost your motor can run without seeing it's sensor outputs on a dyno and/or laptop is guessing. Also, asking how much boost you can run is like asking how many burgers you can eat. Are we talking white castles or big macs.

What' sensors are u referring to? I haven't unhooked anything I wasn't asking how much boost I can run on stock motor just for having fun car, trying to figure stuff out about the car this is my first Turbo dsm.

Check injectors size. Just happened to be in the garage right now and have my stock injectors here . Here's a pic. Im pretty sure you don't have stocks to run that much boost.

They look like that just pretty sure they completely black. I'll check when I getoff work this afternoon n will post pic.
