alright guys so this is the deal, i got my car tuned to 18 pounds in may, a couple of days ago i noticed that i haven't been getting the whole 18 pounds.
i did a boost leak test, no leaks were found.
at first i realized that 2nd gear would only reach 7-9 pounds by the time i hit redline at most. i turned up the boost by ALOT, and i mean alot, way past 25 pounds( i cant tell for sure because i have a manual boost controller but i made probably around 6 whole turns). after i "turned up" the boost it only went up to 11 pounds by the time redline hit. boosts builds up pretty slow, for sure not like it used to.
i might have an idea what might be the reason for this, can my external wastegate be stuck open not allowing he boost to build up much? even thought i hear the external wase gate open during full spool?
other than that i really dont know what can cause this, any ideas would be much appreciated, thank you!!

Do you have a logger, see whats happening

especially if its happening only in second gear, BLT a second time maybe

its not only in 2nd gear, i was just using 2nd as an example.
but tonight on a relativity cool night it was actually boosting pretty nice, ive hit 15psi for sure a couple of times tonight.

and Achelea your speaking about the turbo bearing correct? and if that's the case, would i be able to rebuild the turbo? or am i a$$ed out?
