Ok i have read alot of thread pertaining to this and have done all the test. I just what to make sure I understand it correctly. If i do a boost leak test from the turbo I get a leak on the valve cover breather. If I do a the test from the throttle body I get no leak on the valve cover. So this tells me i have a bad turbo seals right? Also will it hurt the car to drive it like that? Thanks in advance

It will not hurt to drive it like that but your turbo will let oil past the seals and will be blown into your intercooler. Just make sure your oil level stays topped off until you fix it. It probably dont leak bad enough to even have to worry about topping it off very often but you still want to keep an eye on it.:thumb:

I only got one response in 3 day in the problem forum so I will try it here now. Ok i have read alot of thread pertaining to this and have done all the test. your turbo is going to leak boost through the oil return line into your crankcase.
of course your breather vents this pressure.

once the car is running and the bearing is pressurized with oil, it will no longer bleed off pressure.

to get around it, just do yoru boost leak test @ the first coupler after the compressor outlet.

I read a post that having that much crankpressure is bad. So how i stop oil from coming out of my oil cap? I bought a new one and it still does it.

Have you checked to make sure the valve cover isn't cracked and it's not the cap. You will have to take the valve cover off to see underneath it probably but out valve covers are very prone to cracking.

Best fix for the oil filler cap. is a New one. But sometimes even those leak. next fix is to use 2 Gaskets on the New oil filler cap. this useually solves 99% of ppl's leak there. Put the old caps gasket on 1st, and then the New gasket (this applys Alot more presshure to the seal then a single gasket).

Next on your fix list if that PCV valve.. Look in the "another Stupid PCV" thread for the US plastics check valve.
Simply install it inline with your curent PCV. Simple efficient and doesn't require major mods. BTW, this will fix any problems you have with leaky oil at the filler cap.
