Is there anyway to track down exactly where a leak is coming from? I pressurized the system to about 24 psi and I can hear a slight hiss from around the number 3 injector area where it goes into the head, however it could as well be coming from the gasket between the head and intake mani. I'd like to know for sure before I start taking things apart, but I can't even track down exactly where it's coming from ( I'm thinking around the number 3 area ) but I can't fit my hand down far enough to feel a leak. There are only 2 vaccum lines around there even right? My only options are intake manifold gasket or injector seal right? The leak is so minor when I pressurize it, yet limits me to running only 22 psi  .

i just spray soapy water from a squirt gun or squirt bottle around where its coming from, it will make big bubbles when it hits the leak, much better than doing the boost leak check with the motor running and spraying brake cleaner all over the place imo.

Yeah, I do the same thing (soapy water). I had the same problem with a bad injector seal.

just change your injector seals. If its not that, then work your way around. Do a compression test. If its a headgasket, you will be losing compression.

how do u do a compression test?

Put the end of a piece of vacuum hose near your ear, and use the other to poke around the area. When you hear an F-14 spooling for takeoff in your ear, you've found your leak. If you add a piece of brass tubing to the end of the hose, it's easier to steer. Put some duct tape around the end so you don't deafen yourself when you clank it against stuff.

Combo of Soap and water...then when it bubbles...that's were your boost is leaking out...My injector insulators were leaking hardcore..just a thought..good luck guys!
