I read the VFAQ and it said to run the wire through the firewall in the same spot as the throttle cable, But there does not seem to be anyroom, there, or a extra opening anywere on the fire wall to be exact. So does that mean I need to drill a hole. Im also going to need room to run my wires for my wideband to.

my wideband cord or boost gauge hose? sorry I said wire

Yep. Just cut a small hole in the boot.

I have that hose, wires for my LC-1, more wires for a IAT sensor, oil pressure gauge wires, and a 10ga wires for a 12V constant wire I use for a power inverter. It's probably a good 5/8" bundle running through my steering boot at this point.

Pro-tip: Use a little WD-40 to help lube the hole in the boot to make running wires/hoses through it easier. And a coat hanger works well for fishing the wire through.

+1 on wire hangers!
I pretty sure everyone runs in through the stearing boot, exspecialy us 1g guys who have a double firewall. (not sure what its called and idk if 2gs have the same thing)

ok well now for a noob question, were it the steering boot:toobad: sorry guys. Also while were in here, in the directions, it say to use 16ga automotive wire, well I got a fat spool of 100ft of 18ga automotive wire, will that really make a difference if I use it.

Thanks, I love you guys:)

I like to use the wires for the egr or fuel regulator solenoids if they aren't being used. You can just snip it at the ecu and and run the wire from the gauge to the wire that you un hooked from the ecu. Than on the firewall by the brake booster where the solenoids are. You will connect your sensor wire to that and remove the solenoid, and mount the boost sensor there where the solenoid was.
