Boost Controller Question (Ecu rpm signal wire)

I am hooking up my greddy E01 boost controller and it says to hook the brown wire to the ecu rpm signal wire. Do you guys know what color this wire is and whats the pin number on it for a 96 gst? Also what is the easiest wire to splice into for power?

The smallest of the 4 connectors, pin #58.

For power, use the cig lighter.
