Bolt Options ???

Ok I been doing my home work .. Reading on what Im gonna get new or reuse on my motor build... and I been going around from site to site ,X psi , Mach V, SS studs, Etc .. so I adding it all up and over 100 Bucks in just nuts and bolts alone.. What does everone else do ..????? I want to pretty much change as much nuts bolts as poss cause there all in one way or another beat up rounded/Rusted from over the years and prev owners .. So Is there a cheaper way ?? Like can I use hardware store bolts.. ?? Let me know what you guys did ???

I bought all new bolts and stuff from different places like slowboy, stm, rre, ect for example..... I just compared prices and found deals. Call up slowboy and ask for chris he cuts pretty good deals.
