I am looking to get a Body kit for a 97 tsi awd but i am concern with Ground clearence i dont want to be beating the crap out of it every time i go up and down a drive way. How much trouble have you guys had with your in the past and what would your recomend.

I went with the invader type 1 front facsia for my 95 talon, and yes clearance is a problem even in STOCK height. So, if you do decide to get a body kit you'll have to learn to angle. This is where you turn the car enough to where the front wheels hit the gravel before your front bumper goes over it. Its really pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

Currently I've had to re-fiberglass my bumper twice.

i bump everywhere even when im being fairly careful and my eclipse isnt even lowered...

If you're afraid of bumping all over the floor you might as well get a urethane kit its more durable than fiberglass but the paint will chip though.......
