I just put a new head(Slowboy stage 3) on my car. I put a new turbo(16g evo III) and FMIC on my car. I'm getting some blue smoke when i shift. I'm using 10-40 oil and my car has 100,000k on it. I did a compression test when it was warm, and it came out ok. I'm gonna try a leak down test. I did a search and they said valve seals ,but i just put a new head on it. I checked the intake for oil and the exhaust for oil but nothing. I'm lead to belive the rings are bad, but it's not smoking while idle. Any other ideas? Should i use 20-50 oil ,with an additive? Thanks
