blown engine? need help

i took off my oil pan and welded the damage on it, and i had to take off the bottom motor mount off and it was bad.. i had an extra one laying around so i changed it, but i kind of ran my car without oil for a minute.. did i mess up a bearing, rod..? or did i install the motor mount wrong? i can drive it but it sounds like somethings banging but a little bit like on high rpms it doesnt stay banging and it does it when it turns on too... advice or idea?

Sounds like a rod knock, good luck on the rebuild.
