Looks kind of thick to me. Remember you still need to put a bolt through it. Could work tho

That looks like the sleeve that goes on the top of your shocks. Your upper shock bushings should slide right over it.

That is not a transmission alignment dowel.

no that is not a dowel pin. your dowel pin will have a bigger hole in the center and the outer edges will be rounded some.
