So I had a question of converting a non revised block to a revised block. Is it only the main girdle that changed or are the groves for the split thrust bearing blocks different. I had a new 4g64 block with the split bearings and I measured all the bearing surfaces and compared those measurements to both of my non revised 63 and 64 blocks and they were pretty damn close. So is.it possible to get a line hone with the revised girdle and use the revised thrust bearings?
