Ok here is my problem, my right turn signal blinks 2x faster then my left. I did a search and found out that this is normally caused by a brunt out bulb or the wrong wattage of bulb, and see as I just took the orange corner lenses out of the headlight and put in an orange bulb I thought that it must be the wrong kind of bulb or something.
I pulled both of the corner bulbs out and when I looked at the bulbs I saw that there was 2 filaments one for the turn signal and one for the parking lights. So as a test I turned on both the parking lights and the blinker, on the left side they where working fine but on the right the parking light filament was blinking, when I turned off the blinker it would just stay lit like it was supposed to. Then I thought well the bulb must be messed up so I switched them but the light that was working on the left side did the same thing on the right (parking filament blinking with blinker) so I know that it is a problem with the wiring or something. Can anyone help?

My right one started doing the same thing a couple months ago but it doesn't bother me, nor is it illegal. But I was told that you have to replace the blinker, whatever the hell that is or wherever it is located (I was told under the dash somewhere). Anyway ask a local parts store about it if noone helps you here, sorry I couldn't.

Happened to me too. The only solution I have found so far without spending large amounts of cash is to change the bulb. It is like $1.30 canadian and solves my problem for a while but it does come back.

my problem was acutally with the bulb housing. Remove the bulb and housing by twisting. remove the bulb from the housing. Now look inside of it you will see a plastic piece is molded to form a angle away from the metal cylinder that holds the bulb itself. You should have a wire that is pinched bewteen the plastic and the metal cylinder. if it is loose or making poor contact that will explain the reason why when you remove the bulb to replace it, it will work for a bit but then go back to crap on you since twisting the housing made it reconnect but the vibration over time makes it lose its connection. Use a small straight edge screw driver or fine pliers and hold the stripped wire in that grove then slightly pull on the wire to wedge it in there. Then find a more secure way to fasten it. if a gentle tug on one of the wires, pulls one lose you will know you suffer from this problem. I have had to do it to mine and 2 friends cars. Sucks to track that problem down. hope yours was this easy.

Check your ground wire? My left blinker was too fast/too slow (I don't remember) when I first got the car. I put a longer ground wire on it and put the ground under one of the bolts that secures the radiator. Now it's back to normal speed. Just something you might try :)
