Blew Shocks Tonite...

Well I my shocks just blew on my 2G and I need a new setup anyways because this wheel gap is an eyesore. I'm looking for coilovers, because of the adjustability. I want the "low" look because it makes 2Gs look super aggressive. This is for my daily driver so I'm not looking for anything too harsh and stiff because I'm really not concerned with how good my car handles in turns. I need some suggestions, my budget is under 1k. Thanks guys

i've got tokico illumina 5-ways and i love em, lots of people on here have the konis and i've heard great things about them too. my ideal setup would be tokico/koni adjustables and some ground control coilcovers, but to each their own. i also have a 2"drop with sprint springs and its pretty damn low, i bottom out on stuff if i'm not careful. have to come into my driveway at an angle. by no means is it not streetable, but you gotta be careful. its a small sacrifice for the aggressive look you get.

I had The koni adjustables on my car until the driver side rear shock decided to go ahead and SNAP IN 2. Yea, it sucked the big one, but these were old, VERY OLD, and probably sitting just a bit too low on this eibach springs. But since i have no money right now i bought a set of Tokico HP's for something like 240 from a friend of mine for all 4, so i cant complain. I have heard great things about the Illumina's from some people i know, and plan on getting them later in the summer, With some new springs to raise the car back up a little bit. I cant do anything fast because i will rip my bumper off if i hit the valley of an intersection!
