I know there is a lot of threads about this and I have read a few and read different ways of bleeding the clutch. I replaced a leaky slave cylinder in my 97 gsx. I replaced it with a exedy equal brand I got on ebay with a master cylinder that I didn't replace as it looks new. I have tried bleeding clutch a few ways and at one point I had fairly good pedal but only engage right off the floor. Just trying to find right techniques for bleeding. I have been bleeding it with vacuum hose into a bottle of brake fluid.

It could be all the way bled but just not adjusted correctly.. If you've read all of those threads Im sure you've seen the video of Jack showing you how to properly adjust the clutch. Although with just changing the slave you really shouldnt have to do that if it worked correctly prior to. My best results have come from a friend depressing the pedal and me on the bleeder valve.

The two best ways I've bled my clutch is one being the way Crash mentioned, and when I installed my steel braided clutch line, I let it gravity bleed. That was a year and a half ago, and it still works great.
