Best place to buy shortblock

I am considering purchasing a 90 Laser Turbo car that has a cracked piston. Instead of going to the trouble of rebuilding this motor, I am wanting to purchase a shortblock with upgraded internals. Can anyone suggest the best place or places to start my search.

Slowboy Racing has them there,
Kar King I think has some pre built as well
FFWD does rebuilds I think, but I don't know if they have them there to ship like SBR
Shep also has racing blocks?

Lot's of places build shortblocks, just look at any of the vendor sites.

Buschur does really nice blocks. And he just lowered the price on them not too long ago.
