Hey guys. I was hopping to get a couple helpful tips on what size injectors I need. Lemme give you my car and my mods.

1995 Eagle Talon TSI AWD = ported 16g turbo, FMIC, Greedy BOV, tubular header, Tial External Wastegate, ported Tial O2 housing, cool air intake, and Manual Boost Controler.

Now as you can imagine, with a stock fuel system, I'm getting some serious fuel cut at about 14 PSI and 4,700RPMS. I was thinking about a Walbro 255lph Fuel pump and a set of 550cc injectors, and of corse a Fuel Pressure Regulator.... If anyone has a sudgestion as to a different fuel set up then please by all means help me out.

Thanks guys!

550/255 and FPR will work well for you. If you want to push you setup to the max i would recommend the 650s.

Like he said^^. I would recommend 650's, just because that'll give you a little more room to play with, and will keep your IDC at a reasonable percentage. If you plan on going bigger in the future you might want to think about larger injectors..
Also, your going to need some sort of fuel management/tuning..

A SAFCII is a great tuning device. Make sure you purchase a logger or wideband to monitor A/F and knock to make sure you don't go too far.

I just got my hands on a set of large injectors from a 78 Bonnivelle 3.8L V-6 seriese 2. The injectors plug in perfectly, however I havnt installed them in my car yet becayse the size rating on the injector is in LBS instead of CC's and I'm not sure what it will convert into, also being I dont know the exact size of the injectors I'm afraid of flooding my pistons out.....does anyone know what size they might be? I believe they are 75lbs injectors. If someone can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it.

if you on a budget get a eprom chip since your probably have an eprom ecu since its a 95. that will compensate for the larger injector size. you still need an afc and a logger though

i have a keydiver chip since it seems to be the most cost effective and easiest route.
I plan on getting 880s because im sure that will be enough for whatever power im looking for. I think anything under 650s is too small to have real fun with though.

hmm. Interesting, but I wouldnt do it. One thing you should take into account is if they are high/ or low impendance injectors. That is what your gray inj resistor pack on your firewall is for. Without it our injectors would just burn out. Basically if they are high impendance injectors keep your resistor pack, if they arent then youd have to do away with the resistor pack. For instance the n/t dsms have low impendance therefore they dont need a resistor pack. ( maybe I have the highs/ and lows backwards )
perhaps you could get a custom eprom keydiver chip made for those injectors after you figure out the impendance of them and be done with it.
