I did my search through forums and I have two questions in one post...

what are the best gaskets for the trubo , downpipe , and exhaust manifold for me to use when I am running 25 or better psi of boost on a precision 50 trim turbo...

second question I have researched with no help...
I have a bov from synapse with port a and b and no port c...in order to avoid flutter, with higher boost where is the best option for running these ports, I have tried other thread posts and received no response to this....

need som help quick the car goes into an all nite shop routine on july 25....
Thank you for any help offered, once again I already tried a forum search and im not quite getting the info I need for these issues...

im keeping this post alive in a hope..i am of course maxing the boost to be honest I need a stronger turbo the engine is ready for it but I have these few flaws...can anyone help???

Those copper gaskets are pretty good.

If the flanges are flat I use a thin layer of axle grease on the manifold to turbine, turbine to O2 housing, and O2 housing to down pipe. If the flanges aren't flat, I hit them on a belt sander until they are. The axle grease fills in any tiny imperfections in the surfaces and turns into a carbon seal. There are a few cars that come this way from the factory, and that's where I learned it from.

The synapse is just like any other BOV. Just hook it up to a port that gives you manifold vacuum. They've got you sold on that lightning fast response, but it's honestly not that important.

TLDR: Copper gaskets are good, if you're using gaskets. Axle grease works good. The synchronic is just like any other BOV, just hook it up to a manifold vacuum source.

thanx for both replies, the copper and axle grease technique may work well ill give it a shot...I guess the synapse will be hit and miss, just trying to get the flutter out..grrr....port a open port b to manifold seems to work best for some reason...
