I would like to know what would be the a good exhaust system for high performance.

N/T i'd go with a 2.5.

I like my Tanabe 3" cat back, sounds nice and deep.

for High performance I think in general(for turbo) is 3" Turbo back Mandrel Bent, high flow or no catalitic converter. I think at that point brand comes more into sound and looks than having impact on the performace..except maybe for the high flow cat.
