Bentley GT40R turbo

I can get my hands on a OEM Bentley GT40R, the ones they used before going to the twin turbo setup. I can't find any specs on these units, just wondering how they differ from the standard Garrett units especially the flanges, A/R as I'm guessing the wheels specs should be same as a standard GT40R.

Well, if you can get your hands on it, then pull the compressor cover and turbine housing off and measure the inducer and exducer of the wheels and compare your results to the Garrett wheel specs. That will answer your question without a doubt.

I doubt the seller will let me do that, and as far as the A/Rs I hope they're marked on the housings.

The GT40R used on a lot of diesels, I have heard of shaft failures. One of the updates when they went to the 42r was a larger shaft to prevent that. I can't remember where I read about that though.

Might want to research it a bit.
