So i was doing a full tune up on my car. Changed all fluids and filters EXCEPT the fuel filter. I found the fuel filter on the firewall of the passenger side. Took the battery and support out. I unscrewed the top hose connected to the fuel filter (only took some bleeding on my elbow and knuckles). Then i took off the fuel filter clamp. AND THEN i get to the last part, the bottom nut that is attached to the hard fuel line. I wasnt able to get leverage by using 2 wrenches on the bottom nut so i used one on top of the filter and one on the fuel line connected to the bottom of the filter. I used all my strength and ended up bending the fuel filter at the bottom. The bolts are now a little tilted and i bent my fuel line a little. I think i bent the bolt attached to the fuel line too. Now i cant even get the filter out no matter how hard i try.
I dont know what to do.. should i just run my car with the old Fram filter on? I cant really take it off now. I dunno if its really important to change the fuel filter.
Since i had no choice, i put everything back on and took the car for a test drive. I launched the car several times and noticed that my tires dont slip no more. I dunno if i lost power or im just driving better. I dont notice any power loss though.

no doubt. Im thinking about replacing the metal fuel line with an after market one but i cant seem to find a premade kit for my car. Ive found one for the 1g but not sure if it works for 2g
Ive tried going there b4 and it didnt work and now it still doesnt.
