Belts shreading after Unorthodox UDP install

Yeah so, about 3 weeks ago we changed my timing belt and installed a Unorthodox UDP. Well I noticed like the next day there were a little bit of belt shavings in the engine conparment but I didn't think much of it. Well it shredded both Power Steering and Alternator belt. I have gone ahead and purchased a heavier grade of belt this time but, I was just wondering if anyone has seen this before? Everything is lined up and can't see anything wrong with it, it even flipped the alternator belt before it snapped. Thanks guys

Make sure your pulley is on right. If it is tilted even just a little, the belts will walk and get chewed. Sounds like the pulley is not still flat. But I could be wrong.

^^^check to see if it is inline. Also check all of the tesioners, because they are the easiest to get and out line, and the easiest to fix.

Thanks guys, I checked the tensioner (sp) it is right on. Is there someway I can better test to see if the pulley is on there flat? By looking at it, it looks flat but, I can't be for sure I guess. Well, it's been like 3 days now since installing the new belts, so far so good. I am just going to keep my eye on it. I got heavier belts this time so, atleast if nothing else it will last a little longer...
