Think this Sunday will probably to short of a notice plus its pouring all over the Bay. Maybe Next week but weather does matter for bbq meets. Im down for Lake Merced.

well im down with lake merced...looks like a nice little place. Any time and day.. sunday is cool for me... i hope its nice out so we can shoot some clean pictures and BBQ as well...

We just had a meet at staples in fairfield last night... alot of cars showed up. It turned out to be a great night.. wish i had my camera.. but ya.. if its not raining next sunday who is down to go???

And how do you get to Lake Merced? thanks guys

I've been to 2 meets here (should center on a huge parking lot) and done a few photo shoots there and have never been hassled. Treasure Island is another good place for a meet, and you dont have to pay bridge toll if you're coming from San Francisco.

This place is HUGE .. i would not mind meeting there... except no grub unless someone brings a BBQ

Yeah but I don't recall them having an issue with BBQing there, if anything we can always go for a cruise.

Ive always wanted to have a meet at in-n-out. Or if were somewhere like a parking lot maybe we could all go there to get a bite to eat.

ok.... here is the DEAL:

I have gotten together with a couple of mitsu tech's and the dealership manager at SALINAS Mitsubishi. And we have planned out a meet for either the 3rd or 4rth. There will be a bbq and plenty of parking as well. WHO WOULD ACTUALLY BE WILLING TO GO???? So I can give the dealership manager an idea of how much meat to purchase. haha

I will not bring my car to the Daly City in and out. Period.

Went to a meet there before, when i was almost stock and met a few cool locals (mahesh, raul, couple others)
But now that my car is the way it is, and the Daly City police station is 2 blocks away, and they frequently drive through there, and it used to be a meeting spot for people to go race... im COOL! As much as i like in and out, i always drive my D/D into daly city, ive gotten pulled over too many times in that city for having tint and an exhaust, i would not want to get my hood popped!

Id rather go park on the roof of the century 20 movie theater parking lot, at least it'll be somewhat secluded and there is a few food spots around.

Im still down for lake merced, or anywhere in the actual city. That presidio parking lot looks cool, but they have their own federal cops that hassle people in the presidio, so thats kind of like a couple of small town cops roaming through there.
I drive the city everyday, i drove in the city for 4 months with no exhaust from the flexpipe back and never got pulled over. The city cops really dont care about cars unless you are racing or burning out or doing something really stupid in front of them. So if we are peacefully just chilling in a lot somewhere talking they wont glance at us twice.

Theres a parking lot on the right side of that picture. Free parking but there are some speed bumps. Make sure your car not to low now.
