Battle of the Imports - Sacramento Raceway - Sunday August 9th

Sunday August 9th marks the 4th event for the Battle of the Imports 2009 Season at Sacramento Raceway. Final BOTI makes its way to west coast for the 2009 season, so that of you waiting for them to be back, the time is now. The Sacramento event each year grows better and better, what will happen this year to set it apart from the other Battle events. The Norris camp will be making its way to Wild West to take on racers out there. With Jonathon Reynolds running into 1 issue after another this year will this open up the door at Sacramento for Lisa Kubo to land a win at a Battle event. In the Street Performance class who will step up and taken the challenge from the always tough, Loan Nguyen. Which heavy hitters will we see in the Pro Classes, we know Norris will be there in Pro-Stock, but who will take on the challenge of running in the Pro-Import class?

Also the car show will be in full effect all competing for the Buddy Club best Team award. The girls will be out in force for the swim suit contest and Go-Go dancers on the Battle Stage.

Mark your calendars and we will see you Sunday, August 9th at Sacramento Raceway.

I think i'm required to run Street Tuner.

W/ the 26" QTP's i don't think they'd let me run in Street Stock.

It's coming up sooner than you think and sounds like you have a bunch of stuff on your plate .

Anyway just a heads up since we went back to the track last Fri night but were unable to best the ET from previously but the MPH went up a bit more 142.8 but they were giving out more warning for even more safety equipment needed to run these numbers

Yeah, definately a tear jerker! I drove out just to watch Jake's car since I had never seen a DSM go faster than low 11's, and his car broke halfway through second gear.
