Barry Grant fuel pumps... Any good?

I was flipping through the pages of an older Turbo magazine, and noticed Barry Grant fuel pumps. I've heard of them prior to this and knew they're real big with the muscle and trucker crowd, but has anyone experimented with their pumps here? They advertise that it's 'quieter', and I've heard that the walbro pumps are on the noisy side...Anyone think it would be a safe investment? Thanks in advance.

i had one in my 92 gmc z71 and it worked great. it was pushing 400 hp at the tire and never skipped a beat. well until i spun it to about 8k then well i am sure we can guess what happened next.
