Balance assembly?

I see many people building motors on this forum. I noticed that with a rebuild, balancing the assembly isnt always needed, yet recommended. But is it needed when using a combo like eagle rods wiesco pistons? With an overbored of .020?

It doesn't matter what brands of internals you are using. There's a chance that they won't be perfectly matched anyways. If you are removing your balance shafts, then have it done. Hell, have it done anyways. Your motor will wear less and run a little smoother.
