Hey everyone thanks for looking, here's my problem : car studders and won't run well at all, it acts like and smells like it's running very very rich (I can see black smoke) here's what I've checked/replaced so far
Fuel filter
Spark plugs (gap also) .28
Spark plug wires (checked resistance)
Ecu was checked 2k miles ago, will be swapping it soon
o2 sensor
injector harness
fuel pumps (I have two)
mas (tried a stock and my modified blaha)
and no boost leaks, I can pump 25 psi into the car at the turbo and walk to the drivers side and still see 18 by the time I get over there (to my guage pod)
Car also has been logged and the following has come out :
fuel trims are :
Low - 140%
mid - 109%
high 103%
which seems pretty much right. tps is fine, I have also checked the cas and it seems to be fine. here's the only fishy thing so far, at mid throttle and below I am fine, I can even boost as high as I can get from that throttle position, but if I go to wot or even 3/4 it studders and pops and back fires and just runs like crap. and from logging the only weird thing is the o2 reading, it's perfectly oscilating (sp) at idle, and as mid throttle comes in it's going up and will stay up until boost hits with wot, then the o2 sporaticly drops, .95 to.67 then .97 then .65, from around 3000 up. the afc has a 0% adjustment setting for the high side as I'm running 19psi and it usually runs great. the car has been super quick up until this problem, and it just randomly started at the track one evening and never got fixed, so if anyone out there knows a good place to start please hop in, as this "random throwing parts at it" isn't going to cut it, I'm gunna have to sell it if I can't get this straight. (6 days and 500 dollars later from this first started and losing patience)

ok still working on getting some logs up, but here's the latest weird things I have noticed. going through the logger and I can pull up a drb2 thing which just gives me a true diagnostics readout (both sensor output and the corresponsing voltage) well under battery voltage I'm showing 11.9 while runing and at 2000 rpms...(which being a car stereo installer I know that isn't right) so that may have something to do with it and also my tdc sensor (which I believe is the CAS) is like sitting at low for like 4 to 5 seconds at a time. (It has two possible settings high and low) But it will fluctuate and I'm assuming it should be doing it all the time....anyone with a 1g and logger know if that's true?
And : base timing is good (5 degrees btdc) and I'll be doing a grounding kit with 4 guage soon and then exploring the alternator, but it's a fairly new carquest one now and it's a canadian version (90amp)....
