Bad creaking noise

ok, I looked and searched but couldn't find anything that may help. But when i turn my steering wheel, i hear a bad noise, it is almost a creaking type of sound ( i will post a video after school/work tomorrow)
It comes from the front right side, The car is lowered on just springs and im sure they are stock struts. Could it just be a bad strut?
I Took it to a shop and they said it was a control arm, well they replaced it and it didn't change a think, still exact same thing and it is very annoying and loud.
any help fellas?

Maybe a bad CV?
Could be a wheel hub going.
Maybe dust shield rubbing on the rotor.

I'm new to this whole thing, for the knowledge i have is far well,but haven't done much around the wheel area, but tomorrow i will bring up a video to show what i mean. I hope it is something simple, the last owner didn't do good maintenance on the car.

You can hear it best around 15+ seconds.
Don't mind the squeaking belts, I'm getting them done before the month ends. Lol

Check your belts. I was under the impression the noise was happening while driving.
Check your power steering fluid.
Open the hood and see if you can see anything rubbing where your belts are

I will do that while replacing the belts and it randomly happened some day. That's why i figured maybe a poop strut or spring.. but i will let you know if i figure it out, thanks

Creaking noise while turning the steering wheel is usaully the upper ball joint. I would get one of those stephascope(I think that how you spell it) and start there.

plus one on upper control arm. my car was doing that and popping a little I put it on the rack and of all 8 of my techs 7 said upper control arm and ball joint... replaced and bam problem gone. but im also stock ride height.
