I'm narrowing a crappy lean idle down to coolant sensor, but I get no code and the logger is giving me temperature readings. Could it still possibly be the sensor or is that not feasable? Thanks

im actually doing the same thing today..
found the same thing
looks like someone snipped it? :notgood:

any answers anybody pleeease?

200-215F is normal on 1G's at idle.
Fully warmed up that's correct. I often see lower temps if the car hasn't been driven that more closely match the thermo switch temp.

I also look at the ECT and IAT temps when the car is cold. They should be withing a degree of each other and also match the outside air temp. If they do and the ECT starts rising once you starts the car the odds are that the sensor is good.
