i am trying to get my 02 sensor to cycle but it wont. it usually goes up in steps from .20 to about 1.xx then when i press the gas it goes down to about .20, also i unplugged the sensor and the voltage stayed reading .20, my question is does this sound like a bad sensor or wiring?
