02 sensor bad???

My car's idlying sucks, sounds like a muscle car, and the check engine light is on, its acting up like crazy, sounds like the exhaust, but the engine is purring, and the exhaust is perfect, I think the o2 sensor is bad, anyone else?

Before the check engine light went on... it sounded like my EGR valve? or something was going crazy under the hood... But, the car didn't sound too strange or anything... and the sound would eventually go away... Anyone care to try and help me find out if it is the 02 sensor???

Well, I am checking the code tonite with my brother, see I pulled the plugs, and 3 of them looked like someone stuck them straight into carbon... so than, I replaced them, prayed for the best, and I was wrong, so tonite I will get the engine code and update you all...
