backwards wiring

The wiring in my car is all kinds of messed up. The courtesy lights only turn on sometimes, my brake lights go on when stepping on the clutch, and on occasion my gauge lights will shut off. Where can I get to these wires to fix them and/or how?? Really confused and it needs to be fixed. Thanks

Sounds like a alarm system install gone wrong, look up under the dash above your pedals and look for hacked n wacked wiring split togeather
