Ok so I stole the following pic from boostx's classified add and I understand the four red circles are the subframe bushings in the foreground and the mustache bar bushings in the background.

My question is if I was to purchase the energy suspension Rear End Control Arm Bushing Set where would these go? would it come with four bushings? two for the upper control arm and two for the lower? Because I already have ingalls upper arms so I don't need new bushings there but I want to eventually replace all these bushings and maybe even do the rear toe eliminator too. Hopefully someone that has the control arm bushing kit can help me out. Thanks.

I installed the energy suspension kit, it comes with the upper, lower, toe arm bushings...All old bushing need to be cut out with the ring..Tuners nation has a kit for the rear subframe and mustache bar, that kit i beleve the ring stays in and the new bushing slide in with grease..

All the threads I've read with links to tuners nation are dead. I don't know if that site exists. So the energy suspension kit will replace the lower arm bushing and ill have an extra set for the uppers cause I have the ingalls arms.

correct, also the toe arm bushing you can change out if you dont have the jays racing tow eliminator..make sure to mark everything before untighting and removing becase it will throw everything off alignment..

galantvr4.org use to have groupbuys on those tuner nation bushings..Best bet is to make a wtb ad or just a thread asking where you can find them.

Ok so that energy suspension kit comes with a poly bushing for the rear toe? Like where the jayracing kit goes? It's not a full drag car so a poly bushing there would be great. I'm not to worried about knocking the alignment out cause Im a technician at a dealership so alignments are free! Thanks for the info so far!
