Auto LSD differential and Manual differential swap

here is my question, I had a manual non LSD differential, and picked up an auto LSD differential. now i know the gears are different and i just want to be sure this is ok for me to do. i swapped the ring gear bolted to the lsd with my non-lsd ring gear. and put the lsd in my non- lsd differential case. there fore making it compatible for my 5spd. will this cause any issues?

Both abs then I am assuming?

non abs, my spyder didn't have it, so i knocked the rings off the spindles and the axles

I assume you swapped both the ring and pinion gears? If so, you are fine.
