ATR exhaust

hi, I'm getting ready to start my project the 91 talon tsi. Ive rebuilt the motor and have a few things done to it already, but now i need to upgrade my exhaust. I'm wondering if any of you know a shop that carries the ATR system or if they are even still being made. if i am not able to buy the ATR system i guess i will get the buschur racing turbo back system.

Are you looking for a stainless system? If not, check out the Dejon exhaust. I've got it and it ROCKS. Excellent flow and great tone. . . just a little loud.

I'm not positive on ATR, but i know DSS's turboback SS system looks nice, as does Buchers. Sorry for recommending the Dejon i didn't know you wanted full stainless, although in Fl you'd be alright to run aluminized im sure (and it's cheaper).

What about Thermal's? Thats always been a DSM favorite.

thermal is ok , but Ive always liked the performance of the ATR i had a friend with a system on his 1st gen and it seemed to flow better than the thermal system.

basically i want the most flow possible and a deep sound also im not a fan of the huge tips nothing bigger than 4".

All 3" exhausts will pretty much flow the same, even a couple more bends won't be that noticable.

If you don't want huge tips and a nice flow, Check out the DSS SS turboback. I'm thinking it will be my next exhaust if i can't find anyone with a mandrel bender.

I'm getting about a grand soon and i've got a list of things to do, and exhaust (again) is a possibility. This time i want stainless, or a magnaflow muffler from kteller.

Actually, check there if you can weld at all. They have real good deals on turbobacks and piping (welded w/hangers). Kteller.com
