ATI damper clearance issue

Hi Everybody,

I just want to recheck the timing belt/ auto tensioner and since i already installed the ATI damper when i wanted to remove the outer damper to remove the timing cover then there is a clearance issue between the outer damper and body and it seems its not possible to remove the damper normally and must lower the engine , is there any body have the same issue ?!
