Very nice guys. Tearing it up at the track and on the street. What rpm is the car going through the traps?

9500-9600 rpm in 3rd.

Thanks everyone for all the positive feed back. There still is more if we can 60ft like the car has before (mid 1.3's). Not to mention the direct port that's not being used yet.

Very nice, in assuming your on a 26x9.5?

It's nice to see that done on just turbo, time to hit it with a 100+. Does the block still have coolant ports, or is it half/full cement filled?

Ya it's half filled and the QTPs are 26x9.5x16. Its on a dry shot single fogger now from the line to about 30mph. I don't know if the car will see the direct port anyone soon. It's running pretty well right now

Very nice, that's what I was planning on doing with my new motor (hitting it till 20-30mph) to get it moving faster. More and more I'm wishing I don't go to another 2.4 but this ones got some stout internals that will probably break LOL.

Very nice congrats! That is some serious mph! Where's the videos?

What does the hughs converter stall up to with the nitrous and if you know what about it without it too? also what kind of head gasket setup are they running? are they running an O-ringed block or anything special? its just ... effin crazy that hes running that kinda boost without it pushing any coolant? thanks for the help

on spray the converter will stall pretty much where ever i want it to, stall speed is directly related to torque, the more it stalls the more boost/torque it makes and it goes higher than i need it to.
i have taken it to 5k on the stall before i got scared and lifted. i launch at 4200ish.
without spray stalls like a stock converter to me, like 2500

flatout head gasket with a copper o ring in the block

99% dsm can't really hang with those cars.TT Gallardos and supras making over 1k.
Plus they don't believe in street racing on this site.

What does this site have anything to do with him going? And there are plenty of DSM's that could hold it down at TX2k. Not every car down there makes 1200hp and even then they have to be able to plant it. A DSM like his would be a force to recon with from a 40-50ish mph roll.

Its not all street racing. The main event is showing your car and the 1/4 mile event at henesseys track facility. Shanes dsm can put up some impressive numbers at the track....

Shane, are you planning to come out to the TX2K Supra Nationals here in Houston in March?

prob not, its pretty far and id be more interested in the streets and i never see them dig out there from the videos i see
