ARP are definitely the way to go. Even if you don't turbo it, I would just like the extra piece of mind that the head is securely fastened down!
Or if your on a budget now you can just rebuild the motor and use the OEM bolts and later down the road install the ARP studs individually without taking the head off.
 
I know that it's not really worth buying standard arp for the 2g 4g63 turbo because there not much stronger then stock but they do disapate clamp force on the head better then stockers. I don't know about the 420a motor and the size of there arp studs, but arp does have stronger head studs then there standard ones, it's arp l19's.
