anyone with an apexi bov, i dont have the book with mine.

i need to know how you have the other 2 vac line ports hooked up.
and how you mounted it to your intake piping. thanks.

the apexi BOV does not hook back to the intake. It was designed to vent into the atmosphere this is why most DSMers do not get it. If you still have the stock i/c piping the only way your gonna make it fit is with an adaptor or call dejontool and order a new upper I/C pipe with apexi flange on it.

i have the flange, it came in the box, my question is the vac line hookups.

its got 3.

i know one is for the vacuum line, what about the other 2

the two other pipes on the BOV connect to eachother i belive well thats the way i got it on mine. tuning it on the other hand is a pain in the a$$ :( but i figured away to do this kinda easy i think just need a new MAF and MAFT and i ordered the new UICP witht he flang for the bov.

well if anyone could give any input would be good to know about tuning this thing and stuff like that.

i GOT MINE ON TOO.

havent really got a change to test it, cause the first time it blew off, the oil line ruptured, haha

so im waiting on a replacement, but it seemed to work ok.

whats the correct way to tune one. in general

been playing around with it on the street and the highway trying to figure where the screw setting should be but i dont have the MAF and the MAFT yet so right now the only thing this thing does it make a nice sound :( LOL i can feel the car running alittle like crap because its running rich. I should be getting the stuff i need to fix this problem soon and i am talking with a fwe folks who are running this setup for more info. I will post all my info as i get it in a week or so.

Bringing this one back, I just picked up an Apex bov and I have the same question as above. There are three nipples on the bov and I bought it used, so I have no instructions. I tried google, but I didn't come up with any install instructions. Can anyone tell me how the three nipples should be hooked up?

Edit: I found it: http://www.apexi-usa.com/pdfInstallation/33.pdf

For the record, the top nipple is connected to the manifold and the other two are connected to each other.

wow, talk about ressurecting a dead thread, My old Apexi Twin Chamber has Died, been buried and came back to life twice.

Im actually running a ssq bov on a 3000gt Vr4 now, LOL.

the 2 nipples and the short hose to connect them together, the other nipple goes to boost source.

Need to bring this back...I need to know how your apexi bov died and you brought it back. My seems to be on its way out and I can't find any rebuild kits, new springs, or anything for it...Apexi told me to buy another one or the new one they're coming out with...pissed me off..it shouldn't be such a big deal to replace a damn spring...anyways, let me know my options...thx

dat
