I think this is a very obvious question (in thinking that the answer is NO), but just incase it WOULD work I would rather know it early...If I replace the stock O2 sensor for any of the wideband O2 sensors, will the a/f on my apexi turbo timer then be officially a wideband sensor? Thanks for the answers.

It just guesses at the A/F ratio based on the narrowband O2 voltage. Installing a wideband sensor would actually make it less accurate.

One thing Ive thought about trying is if I installed a wideband to the rear o2 sensor wires.
Can I use the stock plug and computer to control heating it up and tap the display of the apexi to read the signal. Obviously the af would show wrong but the o2 volts display goes up past 5v.

Wont work. A WBO2 requires a special controller to operate. Please do some google searching and reading on how a WBO2 works. With as many post and rep points you have, you should already know this.
