Im really thinking bout getting the n1 exhaust for my tsi awd, it will be bolted to the megan racing downpipe. I know this exhaust sounds really good and can be fairly loud from what i read. But i could not find any posts(searched) of how the exhaust sounds inside the vehicle. I do alot of highway driving, is the exhaust really loud on the highway. The stock one is decently loud, if its much louder then the stock one on the highway i dont know if i want it. Any feedback helps. Thanks

I've got the complete APEXi N1 exhaust system on my Eclipse GS-T and I love it. I have the resnators still on and the car is turbo so its very very quiet. I grew out of the fart-pipe phase a few years ago already and I am definitely satisfied with its low, deep, quiet-pitched sound and inside the car it is not noticable at all. It actually makes the car sound like the performance car it now is and it reminds me of what a twin turbo'd 350z sounds like. If your car is non-turbo and you plan to not have any resnators, I would NOT recommend this exhaust at all because it'll drive you nuts, especially on the highway. :dsm:

I wouldnt be concernd about the noise it makes. you know its going to be better and its going to flow smoother and it might turn some heads... now why do you ask :)
