Apexi N1 AWD Downpipe question....

Im about to order the Apexi N1 DP and Cat-back from Extremepsi.com and I was wondering if the N1 downpipe eliminates the cat. In other words does the DP reach all the way to the Cat-back, or does it have a space where you place your own cat/ test pipe? I searched but couldnt find anything.

Yes I believe it eliminates the cat. And goes right to the catback. Be aware that the piping will neck down to connect to the stock catback. However if you get a brand name catback, say the matching apex'i, or greddy, the catback will start at a neck down also to fit the stock cat/downpipe, so if that section doesn't matter to you that it gets smaller, everything will bolt right up.

You are aware there are better/cheaper options out there right? Unless you are getting that downpipe for $150 shipped or something.

Ya I was gonna wait for the Megan exhaust to get finished, and I see its on their site. But the canister is way to small and angle of the exhaust is what I dont like. Although I emailed Megan not too long ago, and they said their canister was 4.5 inches (just like the N1). So Im kinda in a pickle. Anyone have pics or the Megan cat-back other than the ones that are on their site? Flame me all you want for basically choosing an exhaust over looks, but what other options are available?

No flame at all bro, just making sure you saw your other options, check dejon tool, I know they make some affordable turbobacks, im sure you can buy jsut the downpipe a lone.
