Hey sorry guys I was out of the loop for a couple of days... I was in richmond taking care of some stuff... Well that sucks to hear that some people wont be coming... but I'm sure the turn out will still be good. I will be bring some burgers and some cheap beer LOL anyways... So you can definitely still count on me & sister coming by. :hellyeah:

I think we had a total of 8 DSMS at one point, so I'd say for our first meet, this was a sucess. Once we get my dads's truck of my property, I think we could put in about 3 more DSMs on the pavment and at least 8 on top of that in the grassy area.

Don't forget about the 4th. I am going to have a blow-up pool for the kids PLUS a slip and slide 5 feet wide by 160 feet long. WOOT! So bring some wet gear. Again food and drinks (not beer) is already provided.

Some key points that was brought up

1) Attendance. We need more DSMers
2) Activities. Since Team Trinity has stopped the GMU meet, maybe we can pick it up instead.
3) Race Days/Competetion Participation. We build cars to go fast, why not allow let make some money or at least a whole lot of fun.
4) Project Days. Lets find a member who has a long term project, we can meet once a week to turn some wrenches. So if you got a turbo or tranny to swap in, let us know and we can figure it out.

We will discuss this in finer detail on the Forth of July.

Yeah it was really to get to meet people. hey sean thanks for hosting at your house also your wife for dealing with all of us, we really appreciate it. next time we cook out let me know i will help throw down on food or somthing. pics turned out good too. hopefully my car will be tuned and painted soon.

Also i would like a red decal that exact size because it fits on the small window. I think we had talkde about getting rid of "Mid Atlantic Chapter" and also i believe "ENTHUSIAST" is spelled wrong on the decal. On the decal it is spelled "ENTHUASIST".

Yeah good looking on the pics murf.
I will be talking to my buddy about the decale's monday just to let every one know what's going on.
And shawn you have a great house. Good looking out on the hosting did a great job.

I really need a hand installing a 16g/fmic/bumper on my 2g awd in the kingstowne area. Can anyone help? I'll take you to dinner :)

I have a garage and tools and have done this install before. I just have no time and a bad back now.

I am working with an organization to get an AUTOX/Drift day going. The parking lot is nicely setup for it and they seem to be really excited about hosting it.

Looks like End of August to Mid September time frame.

i havn't really done anything as far as tuning. i was actually going to get the front mount this comming weekend but we will see. im down for the 4th let me kno what time

So what was the verdict on shirts? I will be interested in gettin both a shirt and decals. I am sorry I was unable to make and unable to provide my idea for the shirt. I had A LOT of shize happen in the few weeks. On the good note I am in the process of putting in my new clutch and swapping out trannies. One less thing on the list to get my car on the road again. SHIBBY!

We need to discuss it more on the shirts. The decals are shown in the picture with already said changes being made.

The 4th is a show up whenever affair. Come early and help setup. Come mid day and just eat. Or come late and just follow us to the fireworks show.

One of my neighbors hosts a lot of autox days up near me in southern MD. I can get in touch with him about what days his events are and we can try to get some people out to those. Also Halloween weekend his organization is hosting a track day out at Summit Point raceway in WV that he said we are more then welcome to come to.

Be for you put that fmic on you should give me a call. It's best if you tune it before you do that, bro, because it will change your tune. You want a good base tune before you put any extra part's in. Not just that, you will also avoid any other issue that can occur when adding performance to the car.

We needs more people for the 4th. I only got three in the 4th of July Thread. This is also the day we are handing out the decals.

The originial 8-9 that showed up with get a special founding members decal. All other that come after us will not get this decal. They will get one like it, but that's it.
