Anyone know the deadtime for PT/AMS 680 injectors?

I'm not sure what the dead time is for the Precision Turbo 680s. Same injectors AMS sells. Right now I think I have them set at 315 and seems to be working ok, but just wondering if it's correct. Seems kinda high for 680s.

These injectors suck. I have PTE 680's running with DSMlink. The global on my fuel setting is at -28, which means they really flow at about 630cc. Im getting ready to dump them before summer starts. But to answer your question, I have my dead time set to 280ms. My fuel trims are dead on with those settings.

i also had a set of delphi 650's from fic, and they sucked. idle and low/med fuel trims were never consistent. at 15 lbs boost, injector duty cycle was 90+%, knock sum was off the chart. i replaced them with denso 660's, idle/low/med straightened right up, now i am back at 18 lbs. idc about 70%. i dont have a link or any standalone, so i cannot adjust for dead time. i did have a keydiver chip made for the fic's, and the sucky dead time. with the same chip, the denso's ran way better. the delphi's were bought brand new. they were then sent to cruzinperformance for flowing, and yup. 2 of them were WAY off. you would think that brand new injectors would at least be close. i have seen several other complaints about these. seems to me everyone is selling these injectors because cost is cheap, so profit is way better than the denso's.

I have the PTE/Delphi 780s and have my dead time set at 285. I've had it as low as 270 and as high as 315. From what I've read, the dead time for the 680s is about the same. I've had no real problems with mine, apart from the fact that they're really about 750s.

I'm running global -32, deadtime 315. Everything seems to be running good, and I think my trims are about -+2% I guess I'll call PT tomorrow and see what they have to say.

Did you test the ohms of the injectors? Mine are good across the board. I person I bought them from said the are really new and he had them flow tested.

No, I haven't tested mine. I got them new from an eBay vendor called Import Blowout Sales. Sounds ricey but the injectors seem to be fine. I've had them in for about 8-9 months. They came with a flow sheet, but who knows if it's accurate...
